Do I need to be a former athlete to join?
Not at all. The program is completely open — former athletes, hockey parents, people who've never stepped foot in a weight room, and everyone in between. Ben Vutci has trained professional hockey players, and he can train you regardless of where you're starting. We meet you where you are and build from there.
What's the difference between drop-in and membership?
The drop-in at $30/session is perfect if you want to try it out or train occasionally without a commitment. The $125/month membership gives you unlimited sessions — so if you're coming 3× a week (which we'd love), you're paying less than $11/session. The membership also includes Ghost app access and priority scheduling.
What does a typical session look like?
Ben runs a coached warm-up with targeted mobility work, a main strength block built around your current programming phase, and a brief cool-down. Sessions are 60–75 minutes. This isn't open gym time — Ben is coaching you the entire session.
Is this too intense if I'm just getting back into training?
No. The program is scaled to the individual. A DPT is on-site, and the coaching staff will work with you on appropriate loading based on where you're starting. The goal is progressive improvement — not destroying yourself on day one.
What if I have old injuries or joint issues?
This is actually one of the best environments for that. Dr. Jamie Phillips (DPT) is on-site every session. You'll train around your limitations intelligently, and over time we'll work to address the underlying issues rather than just avoid them.
